Buffalo is now ranked #43 out of top 50 sites to expand or relocate a business. Considering the flack we take (albeit mostly justified) about high taxes, physical climate, our image problem in general, and our inept 'leadership', I guess 43 isn't THAT bad?
Watch out Donn Esmonde, I sense a new Buffalo slogan coming on... "Mediocrity - it's a start!"
